PLAN B: San Diego Rental Tools.

  1. Credit report and letter explaining reason for BK 
  2. Latest Tax returns and pay stubs with megapath/ 2009 and 2010
  3. Latest Bank statements including checking and savings
  4. Letter from previous renter (Terry or Lulu) stating our impeccable payment record for the past year. 
  5. Offer 3 to 6 mos of security deposit
  6. Co signer preferably CA resident (Lety, Lulu, Rosana or John)
  7. Shop around with focus and determination
  8. Hang tight in Tracy with Lety and Terry, be patient and positive.
  9. Re-plan and proceed accordingly.
  10. Have Faith
PLAN C: STAY IN THE BAY AREA FOR  2 MORE YEARS
