CONDO PURCHASE SAN DIEGO BETWEEN 100 and 140K


Action Plan:

  1. Express interest in purchasing Condo between 110k and 120k close to downtown San Diego and Beach ( aprox 8 to 12 miles)
  2. Neighborhood needs to be OK for kids
  3. send google map
  4. We have available 20% down payment
  5. We are Network engineers at 110K p/y 10 years experience
  6. Proof of Income ( May need to Rent at first and have stable Corporate Job for 1 year in order to verify stability; AND LAUNCH SPEEDPOINT COMMS AS SECONDARY JOB AND ONCE PROPERTY IS PURCHASED FOCUS ON SPEEDPOINT IN ORDER TO MAKE IT A SUCCESFUL 150K per year with 20% yearly growth / OR USE LETY's/ ROSANAS CREDIT FOR PURCHASE :)
