MOVING TO SAN DIEGO...YEAH!!!...NOTHING IS IMPOSSIBLE TO THE PERSON WHO KNOWS WHAT IT IS HE WANTS AND MAKES UP HIS MIND TO ACQUIRE IT!

After in depth analysis and consulting with Carmen, my life and business partner, and reviewing a great variety of possible scenarios, taking in account a variety of factors that determine our HEALTH, HAPPINESS and WELL BEING, we have determined that moving to the SAN FRANCISCO/ BAY AREA in order to move forward with our MASTER PLAN on founding, managing and growing SPEEDPOINT DATA COMMUNICATIONS SERVICES and expanding on our NETWORKING CAREERS is in the best of our interest, by living in the bay area we will be exposed to the dynamic business enviroment which includes  citys such as San Francisco, San Jose, Oakland, The Silicon Valley, Berkeley etc., We also acknowledge that Tracy was a convenient city when we were acting as employees for Megapath while we learned the business of Networking Services , but the day to GROW, EXPLORE, FULLFILL OUR GOALS and implement our SELF CONFIDENCE , DEFEAT OUR FEARS and take action to make this business happen has come. We also know that moving to the San Francisco Bay Area will take  time, focus, work, money and effort but we will be in a much better position to consolidate our business and careers, professional, financial and personnel goals,as a general background over these few last years and due to the economic and housing crisis the property in Tracy has lost aprox 275,000 dlls of PRINCIPLE, in order to make the Tracy property a reasonable INVESTMENT, the bank must offer us a deal that will put us in the position to rent the property out and make it a reasonable medium to long term intelligent investment, in addition we will use all our resources available in order to make this happen and fight the bank tooth and nail for a good deal, and if after exhausting all our options no good deal has been made we will leave the property in order to move on to a fresh start in the Bay Area.

At this point of time it is important to exercise the HABIT OF SAVING, in order to put down a down payment of six months on a SF/Bay Area property in order to make up for lack of credit, and consolidate all certifications and business licenses to position ourselves as succesfull Telecom/Networking professionals and business people.

The following action will be a GREAT CHALLENGE  but with the right MIND SET, STRATEGY AND FOLLOW THROUGH we will convert it in to an EXCITING ADVENTURE and establish the first step of our MASTER PLAN.

In order to make this happen we will  keep in place our MASTER MIND, and utilize all our resources for obtaining our goals by keeping our FAITH, DETERMINATION, CONCENTRATION and taking the necessary action.
